The Sugarmoon suite was incredible! Amazing views, excellent facilities, and a massive room. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were excellent, and the staff were outstanding. The food and drink were amazing, and overall it was the best hotel we've ever stayed in Santorini. We will definitely be returning!

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the sunset and the ravine from the balcony. the staff is incredibly friendly and provides top-notch service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast is delicious and delivered right to your room, customized to your preference. the jacuzzi on the edge of the ravine offers unforgettable views and great photo opportunities.

The advertisement of a hot tub is slightly misleading, as it is actually a heated pool rather than a traditional hot tub.

Wow! What an amazing experience! the staff at this hotel were top-notch and made me feel right at home. They were there for any service or need I had, and made me feel like a VIP. the hotel's location on top of the caldera provided me with the most breathtaking views, especially from my private swing pool. And let's not forget about the sunset - it was absolutely fantastic! I can't recommend this place enough and I can't wait to come back!

It just didn't meet my expectations. there were a couple of nights when the water pumps for the pool were really loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Each room has its own privacy, and renting a car from the reception is convenient and cheap. It's a great place for a relaxing stay and exploring nearby attractions like Kamari beach, Thira, and Oia.
